I have always been served in a friendly and "happy" manner at the take-aways in the Schaffhausen area. Of course, there's always a lot going on at lunchtime, lots of workers etc., but I can also understand "mass processing".
Why not report this on site or to the shift supervisor? That's no longer possible these days...

You have days when something like that upsets you and you have to let it out. And when someone gives you shit like that, it puts you off. See how it is next time, you never know what happened to the person just a minute before, and if it's always such an attitude, talk to someone. I remember my boss telling me during my apprenticeship that the salesroom is not my private life and that it's important to have a good attitude, but we're all only human :)
