"Delivery delays" are acceptable in the short term, but for weeks or months? It affects some products I like to buy—like cod fillets and unsweetened cranberries—and it’s been going on for months. I’m not sure what to make of it; the only result is that I’m being pushed into the arms of the competition... what do you think? Dutti wouldn’t be happy with you at all!
