Dear Migros, I recently bought something online at Micasa. After countless (!) emails and text messages from DHL, I was reminded again that Migros ships with DHL... the parcel delivery company of Deutsche Post. The parcel was not delivered after all, but was delivered to the VOI in the neighborhood. I had to go and pick it up - in exchange for ID and a signature! The package contained terrycloth underwear. I really don't understand why Micasa and, as far as I know, the other specialist stores use DHL to deliver parcels. I think I once heard that wage negotiations with CH-Post failed. Yes, then you just have to renegotiate and give up a few centimes more profit. Incidentally, the shipping costs for the customer are the same as before! You can't call that service anymore! I won't be ordering anything online from Migros stores as long as the parcels aren't delivered by Swiss Post.
