We were expecting a delivery today. We were expecting a delay because of the snow. We were at home all day, but nothing came. The Migros website shows the order as delivered. Could it be that they have delivered it to the wrong address?

Do you seriously believe that you will get an answer here in this public forum about your order? Without specifying which store you ordered from, without specifying where the goods should be delivered to? Submit your request via the contact form of the store in question and provide precise details so that the staff know what to look for.

I've already done that, but since I have to wait until Monday for an official response, I'll post here as well. Maybe other people have similar stories as it was a traffic mess yesterday.

If I were you, I would have picked up the phone a long time ago....In matters like this, it's easiest to get a quick response - especially when you've been waiting so long for an answer.
