The "glucose-free" symbol is easily confused with the organic symbol of the same color. There are many glucose-free products in Migros that are not labeled as such (e.g. some chocolate, potato chips, etc.). It would be very helpful if products that do not contain glucose were also labeled in this way.

In Germany there are often shelves where all gluten-free products can be found together. Please do the same at Migros! It would be better for me

Hello LarsR, thank you for your suggestion regarding a separate range for allergy sufferers. The people responsible for positioning the range told us that they had the same considerations in mind. That's why they carried out tests with the aha! product line in the past. Contrary to general belief, the trial proved unsuccessful. It turned out that the majority of customers could not find their way around. Apparently, it is easier to find your way around if all products belonging to the same category are arranged together. Nevertheless, we continued to work on the project and encountered further challenges: With a changeover, we would have to bear in mind that there are many foods that are suitable for both allergy sufferers and non-allergy sufferers. From this perspective, the items would have to be placed twice on the shelves. Another important point that should not be overlooked is that it is not only people who suffer from gluten intolerance, for example, who buy these products. A separate placement would be counterproductive for them. For this reason, we currently consider it most sensible to rely on clear product labeling. I can understand the problems that would arise if the (gluten-free) products were separated, but color coding, as is common in Germany, for example, would be simple and sensible (not just aha products, but clear labeling for "gluten-free" products).
