Healthy + sustainable food at Migros Take Away

Gesundes + nachhaltiges Essen im Migros Take Away

Driven by short-term hunger, I often pop into Migros Take Away and see a lot of fried food and meat. While there are many innovative / creative / sustainable / meat-free options in the store itself, the selection at the takeaway seems to me to be the same as it was 20 years ago. I am interested to know why Migros chooses to offer this. Is it effectively the demand or are fresh and healthy foods, for example, simply not kept open at the counter for as long?

Migros' sustainability mission statement states, for example, "We are increasing the proportion of foods with a simple composition and high-quality nutritional profile." Unfortunately, I can't see this in the takeaways. I would really appreciate some insights on this topic!

(The pictures show examples from the Zurich Schmiede-Wiedikon takeaway, 3x pasta with meat and sandwiches with meat without exception. Yes, I can also see the wähen and the pieces of vegetables on the side - but not enough to call it a generous and creative selection of healthy, sustainable food).
