But I need 2:1, which contains less sugar and is more suitable for jellies.

Don't despair: it's available at galaxus (and galaxus is also Migros).
Perhaps we will also buy our budget products from galaxus in future. Postage free from CHF 50.00 - that's cheaper than at m-online 🤣
