Hello Astrid-C, thank you for your feedback. Basically, you can go to the meat counter with a Tupperware container, for example, so you can avoid additional packaging. Regarding the example of the meat birds I mentioned, I can tell you that they are wrapped in transparent cellophane so that the thinly sliced and therefore delicate beef does not discolour. This has to be wrapped again because it would not be suitable for transportation. Kind regards, Matteo
I bought a wonderful flank steak wrapped in plastic at the counter on Saturday without the butcher wrapping it again. That's possible - stick the label on and you're done
