I am very sad about the way one of the employees at the Winterthur Töss branch treats me. The woman with the shoulder-length, curly hair is always unfriendly. She doesn't greet us and always looks at us in a dismissive way. I get on very well with all the other employees, but this woman always treats us like we're lower class. We have already had to complain twice. The last time was because she sold my son some Pokemon cards that he didn't want. Today my son found a receipt on the floor and wanted to scan it at the prize machine and she shouted at him that this was theft and he had to give it to her immediately! Everyone looked at us, which made me very uncomfortable. I constantly see other children collecting and nobody says anything. On the contrary, it's nice to see how happy the children are, dowiso after the difficult time of the pandemic. How many times do we have to complain so that this behavior stops? Do I really have to go shopping somewhere else? By the way, it's not just me but also other people in the neighborhood!
