I can no longer get Demeter cheese in Uster. Since Alnatura closed and the cheese counter at Migros Uster was reduced, the selection has become very limited.
Demeter Glustig Mild used to be my favorite cheese. Migros doesn't sell anything similar, so I have to go to Coop or Lidl instead, which is a shame.

Unfortunately, demand for Demeter cheese has fallen sharply, which means that we now only offer these products in larger stores. We have also had to remove two varieties – Gluschtig Mild and Schmetterling – from our range as the cheese makers have discontinued production.
Demeter soft cheese (130 g) is currently still available at Migros Uster and can be ordered. The other two varieties – hard cheese and Grossätti – are either in limited supply or unavailable, which makes it difficult for the stores.
We regret that we cannot offer you a better selection and hope that the soft cheese will at least be a small alternative for you. Best regards, Mara

It seems to me that you are not well organized enough. Coop always has Demeter cheese in stock. Added to this is the statement that demand has fallen: Well, here I am now, asking about it... Instead of spending money on some McKinsey types, why not listen to your customers? Then you wouldn't lose so many of them.
