Since the new update, I can no longer find my bonus points?
Which update? 🤔
You can no longer find them because they become Cumulus, but you should read your emails from Delizio 😉

Hello Kumi, thank you for your message. On October 21, 2025, the bonus program was deactivated and all points were converted to Cumulus points. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Remo

Well, that's what I found out when I asked via the contact form. That would have been really important information to know about this shutdown. I can't understand why Delizio only distributes such important information to newsletter recipients. I work for a community portal myself, we have various newsletters but important information that affects all users is of course sent to all registered users. This does not require consent in accordance with the DSG. They know the e-mail and postal address of every program participant who has ordered something.
Well, Migros is losing a lot of customer favor anyway with all the remodeling activities, this is just another step backwards. This is simply not the way to treat customers who have been loyal for years! I would really have liked to have used up my points - as Cumulus points they are now only worth a fraction. Previously, I couldn't order for months because the product I wanted wasn't available in the rewards store.
And another thing - has Delizio really thought this step through? There are now plenty of good alternatives to the original Delizio capsules. In any case, I will be buying my capsules from Denner in future, where the basic price is much cheaper and there are often 40% promotions. And my next machine is guaranteed to be Nespresso compatible. There are many more options, even at Migros itself.
bye bye Delizio
