Another negative experience at Migros today. They’re constantly trying to rip off customers. There’s a large basket of Boncampo coffee in front of the checkout. Inside are 1-kg bags of Classico and Oro. There’s a price tag on the basket: 8 francs, with no further details. At the checkout, the total came out higher. I asked about it; the answer was that the 8 francs was only for the Classico. There was no second price tag anywhere, not even in the basket.
They keep trying to deceive customers. For me, that’s yet another reason to go to the competition.
