Yesterday I couldn't find the iceberg lettuce. In the usual spot, there was only organic iceberg lettuce. At first I thought, "Oh no, something's out of stock again." Then I saw that the crates of iceberg lettuce had been moved all the way to the back. That’s pretty stupid—you practically have to crouch down to the floor to grab some iceberg lettuce. So you want customers to buy the more expensive organic iceberg lettuce because it’s easier to reach? Fine, then I’m no longer a Migros customer. If you keep this up, I’ll shop somewhere else.
