There are always promotions where you can only get the items in special promotional packs—like three Rösti together or six cans of corn kernels together. These promotional packs aren’t usually located where the individual packs are.
I was at Migi the other day and wanted to buy one of these promotional packs. I couldn’t find it and had to ask, and together we finally found it after looking around a bit.
My suggestion: Why not put a sign where the individual packs are, pointing out where the promotional packs are located? This saves customers and sales staff time searching and also prevents misunderstandings, so that someone doesn’t end up packing 6 individual cans and thus misses out on the promotional discount.
