I think it would make sense for Migros to optimize the architecture of the unpackaged filling stations. If the containers from which the food is to be removed with scoops are only placed a few centimeters above the ground, this "scooping" is only possible for people with good mobility. For containers without scoops, it would be helpful if there was enough space to actually hold the bag underneath - unfortunately, this currently resembles a handicraft task. This would not only be more convenient, but would probably also reduce food waste. Unfortunately, I keep seeing large quantities of chia seeds that someone has let trickle onto the bag instead of into it and left there.
