It's no longer funny. Promotions that are widely advertised are not available or are only available days or a week later. How difficult is that? And I should add: why do you do promotions with dairy products (e.g. Emmental) when there are shortages?
Hello Moonlight1910, promotions that cannot be guaranteed will be canceled. However, it is possible that the disruption - as well as the level of demand - may affect the availability and quantity of a promotional item and therefore an item may be temporarily unavailable or gaps may occur more quickly.
