Valflora coffee cream 3-pack was advertised in the paper (Migros Week) and on the website for 4.80 instead of 6. On Tuesday evening I wanted to buy them in Herblingen, but there were none left. They said they would be back tomorrow. Today, Thursday, I tried again at 9 o'clock in the morning and there was nothing. The delivery of these and many other products had not arrived today.
An isolated case? No. I tried three times during the last coffee cream campaign and NEVER received any. Migros seems to have a major logistics problem.
But why so complicated? Instead of offering bottles wrapped in additional plastic film as a special offer, simply offer the "20% from 3 pieces" offer in the regular range. Saves plastic and should also be easier logistically.
