Years ago, I used to drink Contrex and could find it at my usual Migros store, but then it suddenly disappeared. So what did I do? I went to Manor and had them deliver 30 cases to my home, for a delivery fee of CHF 20.
Then I decided to try Vittel, so I could always buy it at Migros. Another surprise: two months ago, Vittel disappeared and Contrex reappeared.
The same thing happened with the 1-liter Aproz: I used to buy it because at least it fit in the door compartment of the fridge, and that disappeared for about 10 years, only to reappear four months ago.
Honestly, my patience is running out, and I think the same is happening to many other customers, given these constant “put it in, take it out, put it back in” games.
And another thing: why do you advertise new products that aren’t available in Ticino? Do I have to go all the way to Lucerne to buy a Sils sandwich, or order one for CHF 50.–?
A few years ago, I drank Contrex and could buy it at my usual Migros store, then it suddenly disappeared. So what did I do? I went to Manor and had 30 packs delivered to my home, with shipping costs of Fr. 20.–.
After that, I decided to try Vittel so I could continue buying water at Migros. Another surprise: Two months ago, Vittel disappeared again and Contrex reappeared.
The same thing happened with the 1-liter Aproz: I bought it because at least it fit in the door compartment of the fridge. This product also disappeared for about ten years and only reappeared four months ago.
To be honest, my patience is slowly running out—and I don’t think I’m alone in this. The patience of many other customers is also wearing thin in the face of this constant “in, out, back in” game.
And one more thing: Why are new products advertised that aren’t even available in Ticino? Do I have to drive all the way to Lucerne for a Sils sandwich, or order products worth CHF 50?

Hello Jeanne77, thank you very much for your message. Please let us know which Migros store you usually shop at 😊. This information will be very helpful as we look into this. Could you also confirm whether you are referring to the Sils sandwich rolls? Best regards, Lea

I live right above a Migros, and I’m supposed to walk 3 km just to get water? It’s quicker for me to cross the street and go to the Coop.

The Sils rolls I'm looking for are these (new) ones, not the ones in the bag.
