I was about to cut open the sugar melon today when I noticed black mold under the plastic wrap that was wrapped around it. I thought the mold was just under the wrap, but it had already spread into the melon. I had to throw the whole melon in the compost.
By the way, this isn’t the first melon that’s been moldy.
Dear Migros, is it possible to do this without the plastic wrap?
