Why do Migros supermarkets keep selling crushed cans of food?
Who is liable if the can is infected and customers suffer health problems as a result?

Hello Loxiran, thank you very much for your message and the photo. It is certainly not our intention to offer defective cans. If we had a case where there were health complaints, we would have to clarify this with our insurance department. Kind regards, Tabea
Unfortunately, I keep seeing crushed cans (including tetra packs) being offered. Perhaps to save money so that they don't have to be disposed of. Can you issue an instruction to your supermarkets to please refrain from doing this?
