Hello Michi2000, thank you very much for your inquiry. You are correct in your assumption. Unfortunately, the eagerly awaited response did not materialize. This prompted us to discontinue the Birchermüesli. The nutritional values per 100 g were as follows: 406 kJ (97 kcal); 3.2 g fat, of which 0.9 g saturated fat; 12 g carbohydrates, of which 5.4 g sugar(s); 2.1 g fiber; 3.9 g protein; 0.07 g salt.
