Am I dreaming or has the variety of firm yogurts "really" diminished in recent years or even decades? I remember firm yogurts with lemon, raspberry and strawberry flavors (at least), but now there are only mokka, chocolate and caramel firm yogurts. On top of that, many fruit yogurts are too sweet and contain cornstarch, I find them too heavy and greasy, they don't resemble the yogurts of yesteryear... they just seem like desserts that can't be defined.
