Hello,
I’m really, really disappointed because now I have to drive all the way to Marin every time to find Sojasun Bircher Muesli yogurts.
Last year we could find them in Cortaillod and Peseux—it was such a treat to have 16 soy yogurts a week!!!
Suddenly, without any explanation, they disappeared from the shelves—the same goes for the Sojasun strawberry ones. This is very inconsiderate toward your customers. I understand why some are switching to the competition or going to Lidl—not to name names.
I asked, and they told me they were taken off the shelves without any explanation—there’s only mango and plain left, dear Madam!! We have to deal with it; we’re not responsible—it’s headquarters that decides....we just stock the shelves with what we’re supplied with.......
This is outrageous. We’re living in a time when soy-based products are being promoted, yet you’re removing the best strawberries and Birscher from the shelves.
Why this discrimination? We have to go all the way to Marin every time.
It’s truly upsetting and infuriating.
What a lack of consideration on your part...
I don’t even want to go to Migros anymore.
The Cortaillod store was renovated and is beautiful, but now you’re remodeling and restructuring and removing products from the shelves, and the customer just has to deal with it. Very disappointed with your methods. There’s no such thing as small profits, and it’s always the customer who pays the price....
What a great attitude,
Not to mention the latest scoop: L'Oréal products!!!!!!!!
Just saying.
Sincerely,
M. A. and J. Guillod 2013 Colombier
