I was actually always satisfied with the quality of the yoghurts from Migros, but has anything been changed in the recipes? Currently with the mocha/chocolate. The consistency is no longer nice and creamy, it's even visible to the eye. It's as if the whole mass is not really homogeneous. You don't notice it so much in the mouth, but something has definitely changed. LotNR L001782 R304

Hello Magnoliapower, thank you for your reply. We have not made any adjustments to this yoghurt. We then checked the production and could not find any deviations on the logs. The sensory tests on the retained samples were also flawless. It is possible that the temperature of the cold chain was not always optimal during transportation and that the consistency changed slightly as a result. Unfortunately, this is no longer exactly traceable afterwards. Kind regards, Yann
