Presumably because the principle also applies to the Midor bakery: Magenbrot is only sold seasonally.

But unfortunately that's not the case, I noticed 2 years ago that they just fell out of the assortment... And now I'm waiting winter ❄️für winter❄️ for these missing pleasurable things...

Does it have to be the one from MIDOR? Don't you like the original stomach bread? https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/110192100000
To come back to the initial question: Quite simply, because Migro needs the space in the rack for hip products from overseas or so......

No, unfortunately it's not the same. I've tried them, but I think they're only half as good.... Tastes are different...
Hello MichuMarti, thank you very much for your contribution to Midor's Magenbrot. Unfortunately, we removed it from our range some time ago due to a lack of demand. There are currently no plans to reintroduce it. However, we have informed the specialist department of your request. Kind regards, Matteo

I love it! Even if every year I walk past it for a while with a longing look and then feel all grown up because I was able to deny myself it :-) and then, in panic anticipation of the end of the season, still go for it. Thanks to your link, I now know that "Werner" even offers roasted almonds. How many times do I have to sleep before the season starts?

Not at all. In the Coop Zurich-Stadelhofen they have heaps of stomach bread, but why you can find roasted almonds under my link is beyond me.
