Obviously there is a new supplier for the wild salmon because of the packaging. Unfortunately, it is not only the packaging that is new, but also the consistency of the salmon: it is very greasy, extremely soft and almost turns into a puree when touched. What's more, the separating films are smaller, which means that the individual slices cannot be separated and the whole thing becomes even more of a puree.

I am aware that it is a natural product. I only buy wild salmon, preferably sockeye, never farmed salmon. But I've never had anything like this on my fork. I would never serve it to my guests. I then stirred this fatty mixture into a tomato sauce and ate it with pasta.
