Why only vegan ready-made doughs on offer?

At least 10 different types of rolled-out cake and puff pastry are available in the two nearest Migros stores (Zurich area, communities with high purchasing power). However, all 10 available varieties are vegan, i.e. made with cheap hydrogenated vegetable fats and chemical ingredients such as "mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids". Hardened fats and specifically trans fats are criticized for promoting cardiovascular diseases.

I generally try to avoid such vegan products wherever possible and prefer natural products with traditional ingredients. In every Swiss cookbook, cakes and puff pastry are made with butter.

Couldn't the medium-sized stores offer at least one type of natural dough made with butter out of the 10 available instead of just vegan variants? Migros has such butter-based doughs in its portfolio.
