I really like low-fat quark cups (500 g). I eat 2-3 tablespoons every morning with flaxseed and cranberries. I'm concerned about resealing. No more lids. Plastic wrap doesn't seal properly, silicone lids crush the tub... Open dairy products spoil very quickly in the refrigerator and easily absorb foreign odors. I would like to see quark and yogurt in glass jars with screw caps, with a deposit if necessary. Less plastic is definitely a good thing.
