Soft wheat semolina?

Weichweizengriess?

I can't find soft wheat semolina anywhere, but Migusto says: "Soft wheat semolina swells more easily and is the classic ingredient for puddings, porridges, flummeries, cakes, or to make soups creamy." Yes EBBÄ! (but what are flammeries? 🤔) So which shelf do I find it under? I only see durum wheat semolina. Thank you very much.

Flammeries are Griessköpfli, so in this direction.

Hi curley, thanks for the question. Migros does not offer soft wheat semolina. If we only listed recipes with items that Migros carries, the diversity of the Migusto range would be smaller. Flammeri, by the way, is the technical term for a cream thickened with starch. Kind regards, Matteo
