Soft wheat semolina?

Weichweizengriess?

I can't find soft wheat semolina anywhere, but Migusto says: "Soft wheat semolina swells more easily and is the classic ingredient for puddings, porridges, flummeries, cakes, or to make soups creamy." Yes EBBÄ! (but what are flammeries? 🤔) So which shelf do I find it under? I only see durum wheat semolina. Thank you very much.
