Dear Migros team, you have probably already noticed that Mbudget Cola Zero has come in for a lot of criticism. Since the recipe was changed, this drink is hardly drinkable even ice cold. Many people have massively criticized the product here - yet it continues to be sold as it is. I myself only gave it one star and would even describe this product as disgusting. Just because something is supposed to be cheap doesn't mean it has to be horrible. Basically, I get the vibe that Migros is basically saying: here, it's not good, but at least it's cheap. Coop shows that it can be worlds better with its Prix Garantie Cola Zero. An amazing product. It doesn't taste of sweetener, has plenty of carbon dioxide and is wonderfully refreshing and sparkling. In other words... I don't understand it. But maybe I don't have to anymore. I'm going to the Coop more and more. I've always been an advocate of Migros, but the quality of Mbudget products is getting lower and lower. Your Sandwitch cheese has been tasting rotten for weeks and the packaging is just the bottom drawer. Make your Mbudge products 5% more expensive, but improve the quality and packaging. I'm very disappointed at the moment.

In the following, I will inform you about the results of my exchange: The recipe adjustment for cola was made because we received numerous reports from our customers, all of whom wanted improvements. As part of the revision, we carried out various tastings, with the current variant being the most convincing. However, in response to your comments, the division managers are happy to review the composition. If necessary, they will be able to make one or two changes that promise a more enjoyable experience. As far as the sandwich is concerned, your description does not allow any precise conclusions to be drawn, as we offer various sandwiches with cheese. Nevertheless, we share your opinion that the inconsistencies you have identified should not exist. We are therefore dependent on your support. On the subject of Coke Zero, I'm very surprised that the testers found the current taste to be good or delicious. In that case, it's better to look at the reviews of this product here. Many, many customers find the recipe changes to Cola Zero rather bad to the point of being unpalatable. The issue with the new Himbo was also a huge stir, but the complaints didn't help and the good Migros Himbo is unfortunately a thing of the past. But it's all about the money. The Coke Zero tastes extremely "cheaply produced". I'm sure it was all about saving money in production. You've unfortunately misread the sandwich. It's about sandwich cheese, not cheese sandwiches. I'm talking about the Mbudget processed cheese in slices ;)

As far as cola is concerned, we generally always approach test persons when adapting recipes. I admit that the fact that tastes are known to differ presents us with a challenge.
