Why are the breads, which were previously sealed separately, now packed in a bag (https://www.migros.ch/en/product/111909700000)? Previously it was practical, as only one loaf could be baked when needed. The new packaging is not an improvement but a clear step backwards. Please use the old packaging again!

The new flow wrap was introduced as part of a production changeover to further improve efficiency and quality. Unfortunately, with the new system it is no longer possible to pack the loaves individually. To ensure that you can still enjoy the freshness for as long as possible, I recommend that you keep the loaves tightly sealed in the fridge after opening and enjoy them within two to four days. Alternatively, you can freeze them and use them up within four weeks.
We know that the changeover is not ideal for everyone and we take your feedback very seriously. We will pass it on internally and check whether any adjustments can be made in future. Kind regards, Mara

I love these answers: "unfortunately it's no longer possible". The dumbing down of humanity is no longer progressing, it's galloping. And so things that have been tried and tested for years are being made worse and worse. And the packaging experts in charge get money for it. Our money, of course.
