I bought a pack of "chocolate butterflies" from "Patissier" to decorate my cake. The butterflies are very beautiful and delicate, but unfortunately about 3/4 of the butterflies broke when I took them out of the packaging. They are poured into a plastic tray and when using them, they have to be carefully removed from the mold or pressed out. Despite several careful attempts, I have not found out how to remove the butterflies from the packet without breaking them. My suggestion would be to include instructions on the main packaging. Incidentally, the intact butterflies looked very nice on the cake and were very well received by everyone.
