Dear Migros I think it's great that more and more vegetarian and vegan alternative products are finding their way onto the shelves. This supports sustainability and therefore health protection - for example in the context of the Planetary Health Diet (diet understood as a way of eating rather than a diet). What I would like to see is for these products to be produced and declared as completely organic. Unfortunately, at the moment you often have to choose between organic and vegan products.
