Hello Migros, why have you taken the vegan croissants Rustico for baking out of your range?
Unfortunately, we didn't like the vegan Rustico croissants either, so we're not surprised that demand wasn't that high despite the vegan boom. The croissants were soggy, too big and had very poor nutritional values (no wholemeal, far too greasy, too many calories). It would be good if Migros were to develop a combination of Léger croissants and vegan croissants: In other words, lower-fat, small, lower-calorie croissants made from whole grain (or enriched with plant fibers, bran...) that are also vegan. Healthy, vegan, delicious.
