I find it nasty to add dextrose, glucose etc. to many types of bread at various retailers... Customers are becoming more attentive... these ingredients have no place in healthy food. That's why I no longer buy farmer's sticks. I don't want to give my children glucose when they should be sitting quietly at school after the break...

Not true, real bakers can make bread without additives. A really pure spelt bread or rye sourdough bread is delicious. And you can also make it yourself. But Migros can't and only has excuses....

Hello Matteo, thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I know the stone oven bread, but it is made from wheat flour and not spelt. With spelt flour, you don't expect it to be finer and more uniform, and the aroma to be further intensified, because this is not necessary as it already has a better taste than wheat flour, for example. The freshness of spelt/earthy spelt without these additives is also not an argument, as it is equivalent to that of wheat flour. The additives are therefore not necessary and only serve to keep them on the shelf for longer.
