When will these unnecessary reviews actually stop? Migros is really pushing customers to rate their purchases. And that's exactly why there are so many reviews like "it's ok" "I don't like it but my wife does" or my favorite "good".
What should I as a customer think of such a rating?
In fact, I too think that many reviews are not helpful for those who are looking for a rating or opinion perhaps for a product they have never purchased before. They should create a format where you can rate with a score from 1 to 6 for example (survey type) packaging, flavor, price and leave space to be able to add , for those who have, more comments!
My favorite rating is "haven't tried it yet". - Doesn't help anyone either.
But I can't subscribe to the idea that you're literally forced to rate something. Rating is voluntary.
