I was very disappointed yesterday when I tried to ask for sliced Bündnerfleisch at the counter in Migros. This service no longer exists as there is hardly any demand for it. Young people would rather buy everything in plastic packaging.
There is a huge difference in quality between freshly sliced dried meat and meat that has been stuck together and has to be puzzled out of the plastic.
There is always talk of sustainability and people are forced to buy more and more plastic.
