Hello specialist, we regret that you were barely able to open the Sugus packaging. This should not be the case and we are looking into it. Please provide us with the best-before date and the batch or lot number. The batch or lot number is generally next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. As we have several Sugus in our range, it would also be important for us to know which pack you bought.
