I’d like to suggest a product for your product line: the vegan sausages from the Swedish brand Peas of Heaven (made with pea protein, including perfect bratwurst, chorizo, and the “Kesewurst” with a vegan cheese filling).

In Germany, they’re already available at chains like REWE and Netto, but I haven’t found them anywhere in Switzerland yet. I think they’d be a great addition to the growing category of plant-based grilled and fried sausages.

I’d love to see them tested.
