I also looked for these two skyr products today, but couldn't find them. I only recently discovered them and loved the taste—and especially the perfect portion size, since the other skyr products are too big for me. Too bad. Hopefully they'll be back🙏
The answer is quite simple: because Migros simply no longer has a handle on its procurement.

I agree with the other comments. It’s disappointing to read that the two delicious—and especially the smaller-sized—skyr varieties have been discontinued. Yesterday I also noticed that the recently launched coffee-flavored skyr from You is already sold out and no longer available. That’s really too bad. Please try to offer a bit more variety in the skyr selection again. With their high protein content and low fat, they fit perfectly into a healthy diet. I’m also a yogurt fan, but unfortunately, due to their high sugar content, they rarely make it into my shopping cart anymore.
It’s really unfortunate that the two skyr varieties are no longer available. Even though those two, in particular, were low in sugar. In my opinion, that doesn’t really live up to the promise of reducing sugar. The same goes for sugar-free and low-sugar yogurt varieties—Migros’ competitors are pulling further and further ahead. Both the new and old Farmer bars are packed with 20–33% sugar per 100g—they’re practically overflowing with this cheap ingredient. Somehow, it seems like the product managers at Migros are a bit out of touch with the times. Too bad.
