Hello, thank you for your reply. First of all, in terms of quality, I'd like to point out that this syrup contains caffeine (which is explicitly stated on the packaging), which makes it a syrup "for adults" and that it can be used as a "cold coffee". In my opinion, it's a good base for certain pastries such as a crème mocca or a coffee-flavored cake. As for the defects, I did notice an overly pronounced lemon note, which you described as "coffee taste not authentic enough and too acidic". I note that this syrup was a "limited edition" and wasn't supposed to be on the shelves for a long time. However, it was an interesting trial and I hope it will one day be offered again in the quality and taste you initially defined.
