There is an excellent home production of salmon in Misox in Switzerland. https://swisslachs.ch/shop/ Very good products, but unfortunately not available in Migros (on the way from Ticino we always stock up in the store there), but there is salmon from far, far away. A great, great pity!

Perhaps the reason why demand for Swiss salmon is not very high is because many consumers don't know anything about Swiss salmon? I've only known about Swiss salmon for a short time.
