A while back, "Swiss Organic Cooking Butter" (like so many other things) disappeared from the shelves—for no apparent reason, as far as I could tell! Now I know why: the latest Migros magazine is promoting a new "Organic Ghee"—which is basically the same thing, just much more expensive!
Apparently, there are enough people who let themselves be taken for a ride or simply follow every trend. I’ve found the solution for myself: I make my own clarified butter—for now, still using Swiss organic butter from Migros...
