Why is Gugelhopf cocoa not available in any Basel store? I had no problem getting one in Morges (VD) in October.

Hello Danielito, thank you for your question. We clarified this immediately and can inform you as follows. Since July 2023, the Basel cooperative has no longer included the Kakao-Gugelhopf in its range. This is because it was not in high enough demand and led to a high level of spoilage. It is still available in the following cooperatives: Aare, Eastern Switzerland, Zurich, Geneva, Vaud and Valais. However, it should be noted that it is a seasonal product that is not available all year round. Kind regards, Angela
