I received the new card, and it had to be blocked just two hours later. But what I really want to complain about here is the truly unfriendly and incompetent customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly. One woman was super nervous and kept interrupting me; the other one, a few days later, was also totally rude. It’s really a shame that a company with such a good product and the great reputation Migros usually has would offer such poor customer service.
