Mold can be caused, for example, by inadequate sealing (micro-cracks that are not visible to the naked eye) between the lid and the cup or by improper handling of the packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine in retrospect how this incident could have occurred. Those responsible are already working to get to the bottom of the error. Thank you for your feedback. I ordered the puddings online from migros and have already described my problem there too. Photos have been sent and I assume the purchase price will be credited to me. This actually always works very well at migros online if something is broken or something like that. Had the problem 2-3 times a good 2 years ago. So unfortunately it's nothing new :( Had the chocolate pudding for dessert once. I took the lid off without looking at it and ate it. When I wanted to dispose of the cup in the kitchen, I saw the surprise on the lid 🙈😅 It was probably just the lid because it didn't do anything to my health.
