In general, we recommend that you consult the ingredients list, as all ingredients are listed there. The generic terms "herbs" and "spices" are an exception for certain products. Behind these terms, however, are herbs and spices. As indicated in the ingredients list, most of our tomato sauces contain concentrated lemon juice. Toscana and Origin Sugos (Toscana, Piccante, Basilico) Alnatura tomato sauces do not contain lemon juice concentrate. In the case of peeled tomatoes, the ingredients are in fact composed solely of tomato juice and tomatoes. We hope you find this information useful, and wish you a pleasant day. Best regards, Angela
