I haven't had rösti patties for par years. They were simply great. Only Growa or Bofrost still have them. It would be great if they were back on the shelves. Especially in Langenthal. Because the Kadi company makes these products. You can't get anything there from the store. Goes well with various fillings such as mushrooms, meat, vegetables, etc. Some people don't like the normal puff pastry patties any more. It would be worth considering again. They would certainly go down well for the coming festive season too.
