A few years ago, the grill range included super fine ricotta steaks from Schwyzer Milchhuus. I really loved this vegan meat alternative, which is high in protein and low in fat compared to grilled cheese. Will the ricotta steaks be back in the range this summer? That would be awesome!

Unfortunately, we have not been offering them since 2020. The reason for this is a lack of demand. We share your opinion that the products were convincing in terms of taste. Thank you for your feedback. I already thought that this was the reason why the product was taken out of the range. I would of course be delighted if the steaks were available again. In view of the high-protein trend and healthy barbecuing, I could well imagine that the product would be well received.

The ricotta steaks should definitely be back in the range! I also thought: great taste, no crunch like Hallumi and high in protein! Please add them back to the range! Thank you and best regards
