Why did they change the "grating style"? The cheese used to be grated into long strips, but now it comes in small cubes. This makes the cheese melt much less well on pasta and other dishes, and it doesn't taste as good anymore—or at least it tastes different.
I always bought this cheese for exactly that reason; now I can buy it anywhere else—such a shame.
